Being organised is crucial if you are going to succeed on a diet or healthy eating plan. Since starting Slimming World I’ve realised that it is really important to make sure I’ve planned my meals, written a shopping list so my food cupboards are well stocked with healthy foods and to have snacks on hand that are filling, nutritious and low calorie.
How can you be organised with your diet?
- Meal Planning – By planning your meals in advance you always know what you are going to have for dinner that evening. It means that you will have the food in the house, and are unlikely to want to waste it. It helps you stick to the plan because you are then less likely to reach for a takeaway or prepare something unhealthy.
