Weight loss progress – How I’m doing

I thought it would help to be accountable and so I’m literally going to bear all and chart my progress and current weight on here! I know that this is something that I really need to do and knowing I have to do this is going to be a huge motivation. I also hope it will show that the Slimming World diet can work as a vegan and as a woman who has PCOS.

January 2019

  • Tuesday 22nd – Starting Weight – 19 stone 9.5 pounds
  • Tuesday 29th – Loss of 1.5 pound – Weight 19 stone 8 pounds – Total loss 1.5 pounds

February 2019

  • Tuesday¬† 5th – Loss of 1 lb – Weight 19 stone 7 pounds – Total loss 2.5 pounds
  • Tuesday 12th – Maintain – Weight 19 stone 7 pounds – Total loss 2.5 pounds
  • Tuesday 26th – Gain o.5lb – Weight 19 stone 7.5 lbs – Total loss 2 pounds (Went away for half term)

March 2019

  • Tuesday 5th – Maintain – Weight 19 stone 7.5 lbs – Total lost 2 pounds
  • Friday 15th* – Loss of 1.5lbs – Weight 19stone 6 lbs – Total lost 3.5 pounds (* Work commitments mean I now check in on a Friday)
  • Friday 22nd – Loss of 1 lb – Weight 19stone 5 lbs – Total lost 4.5 lbs
  • Friday 29th – Loss of 1 lb – Weight 19stone 4 lbs – Total lost 5.5 pounds

April 2019

  • ¬† Friday 5th – Loss of 2 lbs – Weight 19stone 2lbs – Total loss 7.5 pounds

Hopefully this page will show the numbers going down and not up. I know I’m never likely to have huge losses either, mostly due to having PCOS and Type 2 diabetes. I will be quite happy to lose anything each week as long as there is a downwards trend!
